Am a recent lurker, lifelong Rs supporter, 1963-White City was my first childhood memory. Lived overseas for 30+ years and (being more than a little slow witted) have only recently been following the Hoops electronically (courtesy of my eldest son, who is a recent addition to the fraternity of Shepherd's Bush- although he also had odd some Griffin Park leanings). Any way, big wind up to the eternal question.....what deep rooted trauma did Claridge endure that has made him totally irrational to QPR? Is there a simple answer? By the way, does any one else recall Tony Hazell being the groundbreaker with his white boots? | |
