Funnily enough, the average is identical to our average attendance of 14/15, and lower than our current average of 4,200, proving it isn't our cup final.

Also worth noting that 2003-07 was by far Bury's lowest ebb as a FC, record both our lowest average attendances and league finishes. It would be interesting to see Dales crowds during their lowest ebb and compare it to ours. Anyway I'm off for the night

Does it get any more confusing than #buryfc appointing the former Matchday Security Manager from Man Utd as Commercial Director?

@Keithclubline The commercial arm of the club was much improved initially under SD but now it seems to be a bit of a shambles..

You're right, I was wrong. It wasn't anywhere near 2,900. It was a mere 2,783, so nearer to 2,800.

However, the year after it was 2,792, so even nearer to 2,800, most of whom were laughing very loud at Will Buckley's consolation goal and its ultimate consequences.

So its clear to see that the figure for this seasons FA Cup game 2144 is an excellent turnout by bury considering the awful kick off time, poor weather and the fact it was also on telly.
Looking at past followings its more than respectable.
SO WHY IS THIS DOUCHEBAG SO ADAMANT THEY HAD A COUPLE OF HUNDRED MORE????
