Looks good but IMO the 87/88 shirt was better (never been a great fan of red piping if I'm honest). I'm assuming with an Adidas badge and the three stripes that it's an official licensed product?
They sell the same shirt in the club shop for 35 quid
Not quite the same though Dave. The one in the club shop hasn't got the adidas badge and the three stripes down the sleeve. I haven't seen the shirts in the club shop recently but assume like previous adidas era "copies" they've produced, they have two stripes (or none as the first Guinness top they produced had).
This other one has three plus an adidas badge so as I mentioned in an earlier comment are these officially licensed adidas products?
I went to all but one (Hull away) of the games in the Milk Cup run but that shirt still reminds me of the final, despite Liverpool (at Chelsea was our away kit) etc.
I much prefer the original 83/84 Guinness kit.

Agree about the red piping, never liked it.. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter I guess.... I was given a Guinness replica shirt last Christmas..( my original died an honourable death on a west London building site).. They're no where near as good as the originals.. Cheap polyester nonsense..

Got the same one too, the 83/84 one that is. I bought it with my 2nd ever pay packet.
I also have the Adidas "KLM Fly Holland" shirt but without the sponsorship. I think some went on sale before the replica shirts with the sponsors on were ready, or something like that, so a rarity I think.
Neither fit anymore, must have shrunk in the wash....
Juzzie Jnr will be wearing them though in years to come.

pretty much the same though, wouldn't pay the extra 15 quid to advertise adidas
