Freshen up for tomorrow. Parkrun 23:14 - Jan 9 with 2668 views

For the sporty Daleys who like to get fresh air before a Dale game on a Saturday morning.. Anyone tried that watergrove Parkrun? I've heard its all uphill and over the moors? I fancy it... but the course looks a bit of a beast.

I've done it a couple of times on a match day. It's a well organised run and good to say it's free. Seen a few Daleys there too. Your right it's a tough course but only 5K so not that difficult.

Nice one, I like free. I believe its organised by volunteers and the runs every week all over the country. I chickened out of the Wardle Watergrove parkrun and decided to run at Alexandra Park Parkrun Oldham. Great course!. Flying the flag wearing my Dale top spurred me to beat a few Biffo's at the finish.
