Who would you like in and who would you like out. But realistic though.

Out - Tiendalli, De ZZZmun, Vasquez, Jazz, Lamaar.

In - Someone who can head the ball on corners goal wards. Lefondre. Joe back from Liverpool.

I'd like to see Bartley next to Ash to lighten the burden on him.

Would be interested to have a post that didn't degenerate into a f* this and that post though.

Poll: After last seasons, which team would you like to beat the most next season?

Would keep Tiedalli over Taylor
Would keep Jazz as regular deputy for Rangel who is getting on a bit.
Would keep and persevere with Lammar who has shown some glimpses of quality.
Would keep Bartley as cover for Ash (Amat continuing to cover for Chico)

Would look to exchange the following for better in their positions.
JDG
Jonjo
marvin
Leon (age!)
Canas if possible but he's ok in my book
All back up strikers

You want to get rid of Jonjo and JDG.... I'm surprised. I think they are really good.

Can't see Jonjo improving, a few sensational passes is always losing out to failure to do the basics
JDG Inconsistent and I have yet to see him win even a 60:40 in his favour.

Everyone sees things differently.
Just my opinion

A right back to take over from Rangel some time in the future.
A midfielder to replace JDG who I can't see accepting a contract.
A winger who can play both flanks and who will replace Lamah.
A good quality 2nd striker to help when we go 442 and ease reliance on Michu.

I would be more than happy with this.

I think we need a striker who is like Bony, but a little taller and much faster. Which is a Lukaka :-)

Out.

Lamah, Ngog, Emnes, Richards, Vasquez, Tiendalli, Tremell, Lita.

In.

Two new strikers, a right back and a winger.

Assuming we retain the other players. Don't think we need centre half cover with Bartley and Amat.

Tiendalli/Richards not good enough.

Our options up front, considering we are in our 3rd season in the Prem are awful. No more punts on young players, proper cover. If Ngog and Emnes have the chance during the rest of the season and do well then give them a go. Considering they weren't setting the Championship alight I'm assuming both ultimately won't be up to it.

Can't see us getting better than Tremmel.
A new first team 'keeper if Vorm goes.

A striker with the speed and work ethic of our spanish backup striker but one who can score more then 0 goal.

1 goal, would be better.

Out:

Dwight Tiendalli
Alvaro Vazquez
Roland Lamah
David N'Gog
Marvin Emnes

In:

Kieren Tripper (Burnley)
Danny Ings (Burnley)
Ruben Castro (Real Betis)
James Forrest (Celtic)
Ki Sung Yueng (Back from loan)

Poll: Has Marvin Emnes Earned A Long Term Deal?

End of Season Shopping List on 18:14 - Feb 16 with 3894 viewsDrizzy

OUT

Vazquez - no explanation needed
Tiendalli - contributes very little and want a younger understudy to Rangel
de Guzman - would like us to sign him permanently but can't see it happening
Lamah - has actually done OK but we need more quality
Emnes - loan won't be extended
Ngog - what's the point in him being here?
Lita - deadweight
Bartley - don't see a future for him here

IN

CM - if Ki wants to play for Monk/new manager then keep him. If not we're gonna need an all-round central midfielder who can create from deep. A Yohan Cabaye like signing (I think Newcastle got him for around £4m) from Europe would be ideal.

RB - young player to challenge Rangel and provide competent cover. Jack Hunt would be ideal but he's struggled with injuries this season.

CB - make a bid for Steven Caulker. Give him one year to get the hoofball out of his system and prepare him to be our next captain. He is a fantastic talent and it's a monumental waste for him to be playing for Cardiff. I know this is unrealistic but he's what we need at the back. Ash is not getting any younger and Chico is wildly inconsistent. We need long-term stability at the back.

Winger - I would not be against paying a Bony-esque fee for a truly quality winger (not Matt Jarvis). Dyer/Routledge/Hernandez are a very talented trio on their day but there's been too many poor performances from the wing this season. If Chadli can't get games at Spurs he'd be a good signing but I sincerely hope we can look beyond the Championship for truly quality options.

ST - get a competent backup for Bony and someone who can offer something different. Then go out and get another competent backup in case the first one turns out to be another Vazquez/Shechter. F*ck it get three altogether because, Bony and sober Graham aside, our striker situation in the Prem has been an absolute clusterf*ck.

Fitness coach - get a real professional.

Can see us spending around £25m this season on the above players. I would prioritise quality over quantity as without Europe we probably need as big a squad as we've had this season. Get the business done early and avoid the Jenkins led panic buys.

Personally.. i can't see JDG being here after this season. we won't loan him again and we won't buy him either with Laudrup gone.

Bartley isn't the answer! he has had a number of poor matches for the Blues this season so don't base anything on this cameo today.

Tiendalli is finished thankfully along with Vasquez come the summer.

We need a RB to compete with Rangel.

We need an outstanding creative midfielder along with two wide players.

Hernandez should stay central and we should release Lamah so we are light out wide.

So i would release Lamah , Richards , Bartley , Lita , Ngog, Vasquez and De Guzman will leave.

So a RB , CB , Creative Midfielder and two quality wide players.

Hopefully Bony and Michu will stay another season.

This is a very negative and panic button smashing thread after loosing a meaningless, pointless fa cup game,

why get rid of shelvey...

get rid off, jazz, tiendali, lamah, jdg

and buy a new right back and another quality striker maybe a winger someone like chadli on loan

We're not "getting rid" of de Guzman it's unlikely he'll want to come back once his loan deal expires.

I think we we keep and get in very much depends on whether GM gets the job full time. It's pretty pointless second guessing at the moment.

Save to say the squad players who are not up to it need to be moved on.

That would be somewhat pertinent if Yell were the be all and end all for advertisement?

Not that we're that interested in attracting the attention of degenerate alcoholics.
