I said that this wasn't a bottom 3 team in the Ainsworth thread a few months ago.
I'm really glad that they are starting to gel. With our most important assets finding their form again.
Can't believe we're still in the bottom 3 though. Really doesn't feel like results are going our way so we just need to concentrate on picking up wins every week |  |

Pretty decent first half by us..............sitting her in SA freezing but that goal warmed us up.
Quite a close run half, though I think going forward Hull look better than us..........the left winger was giving Cannon a lot of problems, and Delap is quality, chalk and cheese between him and Dykes. But their defence as the cock-up capacity in it
But what a finish to the half, and it is pretty damming of GA that Willock could not get in his team, sorry to say that GA as put this club in a really poor place.
Great to see us playing with cohesion and that left side of ours is nearly back to the quality it was under Beale.
Sorry to say I would be tugging Dozzell at half time, he really as done nothing and bring on Dixon-Bonner
Hull no doubt will come at us the 2nd half and we need to weather that and perhaps nick a second...........

Needed that. This is a classy Hull team, possibly the best we have faced this season. (I don't count those many teams that have stuffed us under Ainsworth).
They look brilliant in possession and compare their high press to ours. They literally press with 6 players within 15 yds of our pen area; ours is so light in comparison.
Hope they run out of energy and we do not sit back on this... |  |
