WTAF.... what a convoluted system they have in place in west stand. Order a pint away from the bar on an ipad setup which is cashless and take your print out to the bar and que to be served who tf ok's these systems? Massive loss of revenue for club as i for one saw swathes of people refusing to use it

Great system. Means you don’t get held up by someone who doesn’t remember where their payment card is or by worker who has a problem with a till or finding what is ordered or can’t pull a pint.

Be interesting to see how long it lasts. queues for machine and queues for bar. Sales falling. bet it wont last long. Call me old fashioned but just take payments at point of sale. its not rocket science

All they needed to do was put in a proper queueing system with barriers, the next person gets served with no pushing or shoving.

With this system you queue twice and it's not quicker. The bar staff get your order and they still have to pull the beer, any problems with the machines and it's chaos.

no, you get a receipt from point of payment which you then present at the "bar" its a shambles tbh
