I agree one of those rare moments when you lose your head really celebrating a goal that means something. For a near 50 yr old it made me feel 15 again and back at Fratton Park for Moran’s winner. It beats the shit out of the artificial atmosphere we endure but may be that’s why those moments are so special |

What a player, deft touch, quality passer, fantastic player and person by all accounts. Free kicks that felt like a goal scoring opportunity on each occasion and he never missed a penalty. A true legend at Southampton not just for his all round play but for the journey he took us on. A privilege to have seen your best playing days at St Mary SRL. So many goals one of my favourites being away at Plymouth to ease the nerves, enjoy a good half time singalong in the concourse and send us on our way to promotion from Div 1 |

It was the nearest as a 47 year old bloke can get to feeling like a child on Christmas Day that feeling of anticipation before the game. Hearing OWTS reverberating around the San Siro is an experience I never thought possible and will live with me forever. The happiness on everyone's faces was like nothing else |
