I have been critical of Redmond for a long time. Credit where it is due he played very well yesterday. The difference yesterday was that he made correct decisions when on the ball. Trouble is he should be doing this all the time!! He has been at the club 5 years and in my opinion under performed. Either he is a slow learner or he thinks he is better than he actually is!! Watching yesterday he concentrated on his football and was encouraging to his team mates when in the past he sulks and berates his team mates when things are not going right for him. For me this is a pivotal season at the club for him and I hope he is maturing and starting to learn finally!! I wait to be convinced. |

Ralph overthinks everything he will continue to play Stephens because he can play with the ball at his feet but forgets that he cannot defend to save his life. If we utilise the same defence and defenders as this year the same players that can’t learn from game to game them I think we will be relegated next season. We have goalkeeper coaches why not defensive ones? |

I cannot believe you are saying Ings had a bad game!!! If you dont get the service what are you supposed to do? He was frustrated because apart from Ings, Armstrong, KWP, JWP and Salisu we have a bunch of footballers who cannot read the game and have no intelligence whatsoever which is why the same mistakes are repeated game after game. I think Redmond lets himself down badly. I believe he has the talent but his attitude stinks, he thinks he is the finished article but he is kidding himself. As for the keeper I will repeat what I have said before. If you want to play out from the back you need a keeper who can play with the ball at his feet!! McCarthy is flat footed and Forster isnt much better. We need a new Keeper and get rid of the rubbish. If we could offload Redmond, Djnepo, Stephens, Vestergard, Obafemi, McCarthy, Gunn I would do it in a heart beat. Simply not good enough and have not improved one bit since they have been with us. |

Cannot argue with a lot that has been said. McCarthy for the 1st goal was pathetic. A lazy inept attempt absolutely ridiculous and he wasn’t much better for the second. If we can I would offload Gunn and the former and keep Forster as back up. A new keeper who can play with the ball at his feet is needed. Djnepo is like watching a schoolboy run about totally out of his depth.
I would look to get rid of the two keepers mentioned Djnepo, Redmond, Stephen’s, Vestergard as I think we have a far superior player in Salisu. |

Sorry but the manager takes the blame for this one. Ings goes off and he brings Diallo on it upset rhythm of our game that was bad enough. Then he brings on Djnepo or should I say Bambi on ice!! Tell me what this guy contributes to the side. If you are Stuart Armstrong or JWP and you look to a sub to inspire you when you have been running your butt off Djnepo ain’t the man. Minamino should of been the replacement he has the knack of knowing where the net is and would of been ideal. Salisu I have been screaming for him to play for ages h3 is the only one in that back line who reads the game and should start every game from now till the end of the season in place of the tug boat that is Vestrtgard. Ralph repeatedly making changes why was Forster dropped although I have to say if you want to play out from the back you need a keeper who can do so and neither of ours can.
I will be watching Fulham games closely because for me it is up to them as to whether we stay up or not. |

Believe me we will struggle to make 40 points this season and the only reason we might stay up is because of Fulham’s position so let’s just pray they don’t put a run together. I think it is a dangerous ploy to prioritise and pick and choose who you play. Yes even with a full side we may have lost last night especially with some of the defending but if we lose to Brighton we will be in the thick of it. The same defenders with the addition of KWP will play Sunday and those same defenders will make the same basic errors they always make because they do not learn. They ball watch and they don’t anticipate. Our defending concerns me. If we lose to Brighton the pressure will ramp up and that’s when you need leadership and talkers on the pitch and I fail to see any. I have been saying for ages that Mcarthy is flat footed which is why he struggles with the ball at his feet and looks awkward and why he can’t move across his line very well. Mahrez first goal was a perfect example. There was only one place he could put the ball and that was to the keepers far right and McCarthys first movement is left. Redmond sorry but at present just a waste of time has no confidence or belief. As for Adams pass for there 2nd goal don’t they teach you not to play that ball at school? I can tolerate mistakes but not when they are repeated time and time again. Ralph needs to get a defensive coach in for sure. Last thing I don’t care that we played alright and lost 5-2. we still lost, would Pep be praising us if we had beat them. Doubt it. |

I have no problem with whatever Danny’s decision is come the end of the season but I do have a problem with the here and now. To me he looks like he is sulking. He used to look buzzy and fired up but even before the bad run of results you could see that his whole demeanour has changed and he looks like he couldn’t care less. On Saturday it looked like he wasn’t that bothered that he had picked up an injury and I didn’t see one other team mate go up to him to see how he was. |

I have been saying for ages that Redmond has become a liability. He has not improved one bit since he joined us and part of that is his attitude. He thinks he is better than he is I’m afraid. Remember a few seasons back when Pep Guardiola was seen having a heated conversation with him at the end of a game. Think he was probably telling him he is wasting what talent he has. He has not improved because he thinks he is the finished article but I’m afraid he doesn’t run at people with the pace he has, his control of the ball is abysmal and his decision making is the same. If you don’t want to improve you will dish out the same stuff and that is his problem. |

I believe we should back the manager and injuries have played a part. But it is when I see players who have not improved since we brought them to the club that frustrates me. Redmond and Adams being at the forefront of that. I believe Redmond actually believes he is better than he thinks and channels his energy in the wrong way. He has pace so use it take people on run at people but no he spends most of his time moaning and gobbling off to all and sundry. Adams has to work on his touch and hold up play it is Abysmal. I would get Rickie Lambert in to do 1 on 1 with him to help him. At the top level and with his physical attributes he has to do better. |

My concern are players who do not appear to improve and continue to make the same mistakes.
McCarthy is not suited with the ball at his feet and looks uncomfortable he is flat footed.
Redmond annoys the hell out of me. How long has he played for us? Has he ever improved? He thinks he is better than he actually is talks and moans too much instead of playing the game. Tella showed him what he should be doing and that is running at people. Adams his hold up play and touch for a strong guy is abysmal. We have no leaders on the pitch and no talking when things don’t go to plan.
I honestly can’t see where the next points are coming from. After the next 3 games we better hope Fulham do as badly as us. We are now in a relegation battle for sure. |

I honestly cannot see where the next win is coming from and to make matters worse I see the Man City game has been brought forward. I am watching Fulham’s results with interest as I have a feeling we are in for a nail biting end to the season. Relegation is not out of the realms of possibility for me. No leaders on the pitch and a total lack of game management from the team and manager.
The high press game we play is great if you have the players to play it but I’m afraid we don’t have that. Our confidence has been too easily eroded. |

The 3rd goal just before half time all started from a corner of our own. It was over hit to the far post where Vestergard retrieved passed it to Redmond who instead of hitting it first time into the box as it would of been last attack of the half decides to hit the ball 50 yards back to Bednarek.
We have no leaders and are all matey matey with each other when things go wrong. We need a leader to look up to and dish out a few rollickings on the pitch.

After the refereeing debacle the other night I would like to see Mike Dean relegated to lower league football until he realises that the game is for the players and the fans and not for him to act like God with his own agendas.
His actions have gone on far too long without punishment and I would go as far to say that he is the worst top flight referee I have ever seen. |
