I have to say the comment saying their second goal was onside is IMO wrong, no one could tell from that angle, if you span that TV angle provided by BT Sport round by a few degrees, i would say the Watford strikers, Head, Chest and shoulders, were further forward than Halls Heel. It will be close but you can definitely score with Head or Chest so arguably the correct call by the officials, despite the little biased dwarf Michael Owens protestations. Definitely agree that the Subs ruined it for us, it looked like he didnt know what to do, as he prepped Eze then left him standing on the side for an extra few minutes after sending Hemed on. |

Great report and i'm glad it was positive despite the loss.
I notice you gave praise to Onouha for being cool and calm. This always seems to happen when hes not playing alongside the player who gives me nightmares James Perch. In the games against Derby playing alongside Perch, Onouha consistently looked like he was facing Ronaldo, Messi, Suarez and Hazard all at once with added time multi ball. Without Perch in the team our defence always looks stronger, i dont know why this is, because hes not really that bad a player, he just causes chaos!
Things are looking positive for us on a whole and i cannot wait for next season- 1 because i wont be deployed and will make some of the games and 2 because we will have a hopefully settled team who look like they like each other and enjoy playing together! |

Great Article! I've enjoyed your work even through the bad times around Christmas and new year! After taking my 3 kids to one of those horrendous games during my Mid Deployment RnR i thought id never see a win again this season.
There is one other QPR fan onboard HMS Daring and he and I are finally having enthusiastic chats about the difficulties Ian is facing picking a time and how the team look like they enjoy playing again and are bonding well!
Keep up the good work with your reports, they keep me going during the night watches and cheer me up when ive missed the game due to the difference in time zone! |
