He has to leave, if he wants to be the No. 1 for Poland and he was already a lost cause when he played for us and Szczesny for Juventus and now he wouldn't have any chance if he stayed with us. He probably would end his career with us if we were still in Premier League, sadly that's not the case. |

You want me to tell that our two best players - Fabs is on £22k and Ayew is on £25k while Bony is on £120k and Sanches is on £50k? Ffs, we are a mess of Club.
Also I don't mind Ki going but I do mind that he is going for free. We should have offer him a contract earlier. |

Yeah, but even Fabs has said that his form in last season was bad and it had nothing to do with our bad defence. His form this season on a different level, though.

So after the fuss with Ki contract and him probably going to AC Milan, we need to act quicker with the players contracts and here is the list:

Spurs probably will put the strongest team as it is their last chance to win any trophy and we should do the same. Also I would put Fabs on the bench in case if something happened to Nordfeldt. |

Wasn't Fabianski actually very good at saving penalties in Arsenal? I always see tweets from Arsenal fans that they want him back when they have any penalty shootout. Did Fab ever saved pen for us?
But it probably helps that we don't get that many penalties but having the conversion rate of 95% is really nice. [Post edited 6 Mar 2018 12:51]

Watching their football is amazing, but how on earth a club like Liverpool doesn't have ONE good keeper, but if Klopp will sort the defence they will be unstoppable.

No way he is on 15k. I'm pretty sure that last season they revealed the wages and he was on 25k, same as Nordfeldt which is bullshit, because one play week in week out and other warms bench. |

Heard it too, allegedly the polish coach has said to fab that he needs to change club if he wants to be considered as number one for Poland as Szcesney moved to Juventus.
And knowing Huw he will be more than happy to sell Fabs. |

So not sure if any of you watched those matches but I wanted to summarize the performances of our players on international duty.
Ki Sung-Yueng (South Korea vs Columbia)
Captained his team and they have won 2-1. Overall good performance from our midfielder, maybe he didn't have some brillant passes but strong figure for his team
Oli Mcburnie (Scotland u21s vs Latvia u21s)
He played a full game for Scotland u21 as they draw vs Latvia. Unlucky not to score, had a really decent game, however he still sometimes run like headless chicken.
Martin Olsson and Kristoffer Nordfeldt (Sweden vs Italy)
They were both unused substitutes but Sweden has won 1-0 vs Italy and they are one step closer to World Cup
Lukasz Fabianski (Poland vs Uruguay)
Fabs played 45 minutes as he replaced Artur Boruc who ended his international career and played last match for Poland. Fabhad a quiet evening as he didn't have much to do, he kept clean sheet and captained Poland. Great distribution and commanding of his area though, stuff that we don't see often from Fabs.
Tammy Abraham (England vs German)
Tammy's first match in England Squad, not his best match but not bad. He was really nervous and sometimes made stupid calls, had one situation that he should turn into the goal. But worked very hard and overall decent match from our young man. |

After yesterday's game it really seems like Paul Clement lost the players, I'm not even angry because we played like shit, that we lost but the thing that angered me was the lack of desire to win this game, to score some goals. When we had the last chance to score, none bar fabs and tammy looked like they want to score, ffs if our goalkeeper and a kid on loan are the only ones that actually show deep desire to win the game, then we have a problem.
We maybe don't have the best squad but I think we are able to win games like this with this squad but we need players who want it and not just run round like a headless chicken for 90 minutes.
