As always, a very good summation of what we all saw unfold before us Saturday (a great day out spolied by.....)
In acknowledging that was a fair scoreline, I would like to make one outrageous attempt at clutching for some straws. Spotted at the time and again on TV, I reckon the lino should have flagged for their first goal, (player offside in Nardis eyeline between him and the scorer) Even if the ref consulted and overruled, IMO there was an infringement which the lino should have helped with. Before you all laugh, take one more look. Poor defending yes but offence commited, hmmm, yes! |

Never have I been so glad to have reserved seats for that journey back . Good job we won!
This is a belated reply as I've been (unsuccessfully) looking for a photo I took on the Yeovil platform of (I believe) one of the LFW party dropping his beer stash just acquired from the superstore near the station. Small things.... etc |

Blimey Forty years ago today around 500 of us traipsed up to York for the LC 1st leg (what was the point of those 2 legged rounds) to see us win 2 4. A notable night as it was our first glimpse of York forward, John Byrne! He impressed in both games and the rest is history. |

Someone said on here we could have sold around 1600 tickets given the chance but we were capped at 1010.
I'd love to know the thinking from Cambridge as to why they crammed us down that side and kept that stand behind the goal empty? Surely, allocate it to QPR and reap the £££? |

As said above, they've set April 5 to make their selections for that weekend. Although that's not a lot of notice for fans, It's probably not close enough to the match date to know if it's a good choice, eg by then, we could be safe and Leeds already promoted (or guaranteed to be 3rd to 6th)
Given its Sky and Leeds, they'll probably go for it, just a question of which slot |

I read somewhere Cov are giving more of the South (away) stand to home fans for the run in and the away sections are squeezed over hence that 2500 allocation.
. For our last 2 up there we've had just on 4000 both times but dare I say, we'd only have wanted that if something rested on the game for us this time? |
