It's only the 9th of January, plenty more time for them to bring in a few more. |

Loans can vary from free with a % of wages to high fees plus full wages. Just like signing players, it's all a negotiation depending on the wants of both sides. |

Good luck to them, the way Meghan has been treated by the media in this country is an absolute disgrace. |

Celina's goal against Man City takes some beating in terms of quality. Played from the back and sliced through the best team in the country with a wonderful finish to top it off. Pratley's against Forest was the best in terms of drama and occasion. All the goals we scored in that match were class to be fair. De Guzman v Valencia De Guzman v Stoke Shelvey v Villa Those would probably make up my top 5. |

Our previous assistant manager Morten Wieghorst did it. From Wikipedia: " In the game against Iran, an Iranian player mistook a whistle from the crowd as being the referee's half-time signal, and picked the ball up with his hands in the penalty area. The referee gave Denmark a penalty kick, but following consultation with national team coach Morten Olsen, Wieghorst missed the penalty on purpose as a token of fair play, and Denmark lost 1—0. The incident made CNN's "Play of the Day" of 2 February 2003,[10] and Wieghorst received an Olympic Committee fair play award" |

This is a incredibly naïve post. Everyone already knows about global warming? Nope. There are a huge number of climate change deniers, and more importantly big businesses, especially in places like America, are fighting the measures required to combat it, to protect their profit margins. There's very little individuals can do unless the big corporations of the world make very big and expensive changes. With the current scientific data, and what we're doing at the moment, the world is f*cked. Maybe not for our generation, but we're screwing over the next generation. Now I'm not defending Extinction Rebellion or their methods, but I certainly agree with their message. |

Cardiff only owe the first instalment at the moment. I imagine if they miss the next instalment then FIFA will say the same thing again. |

Part of the reason his substitutions have been working so well, and I'm not taking anything away from Cooper because he is using the tools at his disposal very effectively, is that we have a very strong squad. We have competition across most the pitch-certainly in the attacking positions, which are the ones we've wanted to change most recently, to get goals. [Post edited 2 Sep 2019 13:13]

Too early to call her-any reports yet on whether he gave his shirt to a small child after the match had finished? |

It's not a huge leap to think if his attitude is right he'll be a real asset in the Championship. He's easily good enough for the PL and he looked really up for it last night so the signs are positive. Obviously he might not even be here in September but there's nothing wrong being optimistic of our prospects with him and Baston in the team up front |

Interesting, wasn’t aware! Assumed you were talking more recently. |

Assume you mean KPMG as the club has never been audited by PWC. |

£4m on Celina was good business, and far from crap. |
| Forum Reply | Oli McBurnie at 16:51 30 Jul 2019
We probably would take £15m, but why not drive the offer up. |

It's pretty quite difficult for football clubs to ship out players they don't want, especially if they're trying to limit the cost hit as much as possible. Club management are pretty limited in what they can do. The club will have made its' position on the player's future clear, and their agent will have shopped them around but it's likely most enquiries will be well below what we're paying them now. So what do we do? Take a big hit and settle their contract up or wait it out and hope a better offer comes in? If no one wants them, there's not really a whole lot we can do. The mismanagement was in the past, signing these players up to these deals, and now we're very much at the mercy of someone coming in with genuine interest. |

If they can sort the finances out they might as well give it a few years to see if we can back in the PL. They'll make fck all if they sell us as a Championship club, and if the club isn't losing money no reason for them to sell and lose money. |
