Sadly it's far more likely the solution will in fact be no pubs, nearly 9000 lost since 2010.
The anti smoking lobby said the indoor ban would make more people would go out and spend, well they didn't then and they are not going to now.
So the death of pubs it is. |

Read about it, she can be proud of herself for making it and taking the start. Circumstances went against her which is terribly sad and I think she probably saw this as her last chance.
She still has her career and other medals to show what she's made of. This was just the icing. |

For context, I work in education and I smoke and I have limited mobility.
Sounds great but what about my rights? So I for one will have to drive offsite at lunch for a fag does that really make sense to you?
I honestly think as a country we have bigger problems, but then these useful distraction technique will abound for the next few years.
3rd rate government's that exist in the realms of smoke and mirrors trying to ban smoking really is a sick joke.
Edit: worth mentioning education staff are expected to smoke offsite and out of site already. [Post edited 30 Aug 16:01]

Couple it with a 10p hike in fuel duty and it seems it's not just the old & the poor but also small businesses that mean nothing to this lot.

Increased awareness leads to increased diagnosis. Is it over diagnosed, probably.

You're not wrong Blue, but both posters are still in the best place to discuss and give their opinions though.
Like them or not we shouldn't gatekeep, and I see red when I see OP's get dogpilled. More so when I have a few
Personally I think we as a club that has signed some absolute donkeys over the years is going to invite this type discussion. Is it Celars fault we signed Washington, Hulse, Bonne, Mlakar, Keane, Macheda. 
So the way I see it is the people that spent their hard earned following said donkeys up and down the land are entitled to be a little cynical in this regard. |

I get what your saying however in context 14 people downvoted the OP most without offering an opinion, the reason you can confidently share your opinion on Stainrod is that he does at least engage and give cause.
A forum isn't worth visiting if we all have to have a prescribed opinion, go read Not606 it's dead.
What you've done there is play the man and not the ball.

Played 104 times in 2yrs with us.
Played 77 times in the 5 years since.
Something tells me he's carrying an injury, shame as he was a goody. |
