I can see what you’re saying, but in this particular case (assuming it results in the brothers being charged) it’s going to end up n the Crown Court and things like medical records, details of treatments etc will be required for the full file, if the officers aren’t on board and decline to release their medical records it’s going to cause huge issues at Court. | | | |
