I don't get it. He doesn't use him from the start of games.
He doesn't use him when we are 2 goals up, and doesn't use him when we're drawings games.

I've said this before that RM has no experience of Managing at the top level.
I know he played in Premier lge for Norwich but that is a bit different to Managing / Coaching in the top league.
He only ever worked / managed lower lge players, that's why he always signs players form lower lge.
I'm not sure he would know a quality player
if he fell over one.
That's why he favours the likes of Stephen's / Fraser & Manning.
He thinks they are good enough to play in Premier lge & they most definitely are not. | | | |

I wondered the same thing. Lallana was good for us and is still a very good footballer - one who can read a game. When the manager shuns talent and experience for repeated "I'm right" failure, with the full support of the board, the fans should turn their backs on him. [Post edited 22 Oct 22:30]
