Let him go. Good lad. Every time I've seen pictures of him playing for Burnley this season, he's had a smile and a broad grin the size of a Cheshire cat. He's loving it up there. Obviously none of our managers fancied him. Let him go to where he's appreciated... and best of luck to the lad for the future. Time will tell whether he's good enough for the Premier League. Having watched him a fair bit this season - Tella is definitely no worse than some of the sh1t and dross that we've had playing this season.
Could he do it all again in the Championship with Saints next season? Absolutely yes.
Would he want to - with this car crash of a club? Probably not.

Why let him go? He’s ours so keep him and help us get back up, I’m a saints fan not a Nathan fan

I don't know what we paid for him... but with Saints being Saints, he'll go if Burnley offer a nice hefty profit on him - just like every other decent player we've ever had.

It's all about the money honey!
I am aware of this sweets but it doesn’t mean I wish him well, once he’s gone he’s a c&nt, the only player who left who didn’t instantly become a c&nt was Ricky Lambert and he left for the C&ntiest club in the land
It surely wouldn't be too much of a problem to simply move Selles back to his old role and bring in a new manager. Selles is only caretaker anyway. But not sure there is any point or that anyone would want the job. We are down.

No Selles and his crew need to be gone. It needs a fresh start, and no more sideways, back, sideways.Ever. Some great attacking football to watch with an English manager for a change would go some way to make up for the relegation.

Why would we want to keep the negative Selles hanging around, we need a bit of ooomph and goals not lame crab football
I saw Alan Pardew in Paddington Basin this evening, wearing a baseball cap.
Could this be significant?
Yes inside sources tell me that the board decided on Alan Pardew, but someone misheard and we are currently in the process of appointing Alan Partridge.
