Was listening to a Sunderland podcast (it was talking about Cifuentes) and they mentioned that their players are due back on the week of the first. I imagine ours can't be too far off that plan either, so maybe straight there?
so, according to that piece he confessed to the crime and might be looking at 200 hours of community service.
His lawyer stated " My client is at a turning point in his career. He hopes to secure a transfer to a club in the Premier League. You can't do that with a prison sentence or an ankle bracelet"
Haven't seen a thread on this, so apologies if already mentioned, but the Rs are going to Girona in Spain for a couple of weeks preseason. Playing two matches behind closed doors, but imagine streaming options will be available as per previous seasons:
Reading some of the posts on the Plymouth Argyle fans' forum some of them seem to believe that having a name like Wayne Rooney helming the club would attract some much needed investment and that maybe, given a full summer, he'll do a better job than at Birmingham.
Sounds like clutching at straws but understandable to be trying to find some kind of silver lining.
I would love a LfW podcast. There isn't that much QPR content out there, compared the, say, Leeds. As per Clives comments on open all rs, I too started to follow quite a few Leeds YouTube channels recently in order to soak up their salty tears. Their output is impressive, but I guess being the greatest team in Europe means they have the fan base to make it worthwhile.
Anyway, with Patreon can't we order Clive to start a podcast. I think that's how it works.
From the BBC - "His exit means Huddersfield are now looking for a sixth permanent manager since Carlos Corberan left in July 2022." Ooof, that is some record. Like QPR during the four year plan.
Benjamin Bloom did his championship manager ratings video, and Marti came in third behind Ruhl, even though Marti has a higher PPG. I think that is mostly down to Sheff Wednesday being even more of a basket case than we were at the beginning of the season.
The host has some mannerisms that drive me a little stir crazy, constantly sighing etc. I get enough of that from my kids!
I really enjoyed Clive's contribution and his take about Marti Cifuentes' relationships with the players relying on "nothing more than pop psychology based on a couple of YouTube videos" essentially summed up 99% of football forum content!
