Bristol in for Harry?

I really rate Harry Darling.
Unless anything has changed as of late he loves the club and living in the area.
Would be gutted to see him leave.

International call up for countries the other end of the world are not necessarily good for the club in my opinion.

Agree .
I thought he had a good game.
His link up play with Ronald was excellent.

Managing our mental health
at 12:42 11 Aug 2024

My wife in the course of her work has just secured funding for the launch of a man's shed in Swansea.
It will be located in the pavilion of Victoria Saints Bowls Green, Victoria Park Swansea.
The purpose of a man's shed is to provide a safe place for men to meet and chat with other men.
It is common for men often to bottle things up and not to talk.
Mens sheds have been set up at various locations in recent years.

After our launch next month of our man's shed there will be brief chats by people on a range of subjects affecting men such as mental health and a range of other subjects.
If you require any further information personal message me and I would be pleased to assist in any way possible.

New England Manager
at 11:28 16 Jul 2024

Hope this doesn't have a knock on effect on us when Southgate is offered a league job ( which won't be long -
probably the first round of sackings in September).
Margotson could be offered a more lucrative job with Southgate.
Really hope not.

Hot news. Marg is back!

No fans there to welcome them back after reaching the final.
Really surprised by that.
Compare that to the welcome back Mike Bassett had when he was the England manager.

Gonzalo Franco

I like the look of this signing.
In his interview Franco surprisingly was unaware of Roberto Martinez links to Swansea.
If Roberto stays in post at Portugal in the next few years ( and its a big if) and Franco is successful here dont be surprised if the lad will be knocking on the door of representative honours.
You've heard it here first.

Big Sam our next Wales manager?
at 11:34 15 Jun 2024

What an appointment that would be.
Can't see the Welsh FA paying his wages and having to give Rob Page a huge pay off.
Crazy giving Page such a long contract pre a World Cup in which our 2 top players Bale and Ramsey were playing limited minutes.

Chris Davies to Birmingham?
at 16:20 7 Jun 2024

Davies turned us down at a time when Spurs were flying and Postecoglou was the bees knees.
It really looked as if something really exciting was taking place there.
Things not the same there now so probably a good time to move on.
Sometimes in life its all about timing.

Leighton James.
at 10:54 21 Apr 2024

I make bo appologies for repeating this but I've said it on here a number of times in the past and reiterated it to Leighton a number of times also.
In Spain I got to know an old gent from Burnley who was very knowledgeable about football.
He loved Leighton. He went on to say that there are a generation of men in the Burnley area who have Leighton James as their middle names.
What a great legacy.
Being brutally honest with you Leighton- RIP

The reason Carl Rushworth is in line for an England call up for the Euros
at 10:59 15 Apr 2024

Martyn Margotson is a great asset to our coaching staff.
in recent years some our best loan signings have been in the goalkeeping position.
We are probably bracing ourselves for Rushworth not returning next season.
If this is the case a cheeky bit for Freddie Woodman could be a good option.
Woodman and Margotson have a great working relationship.
Woodman has stagnated a bit as of late.
A move back to us and working again with Margotson would kick start his career.

Excellent team performance. Players showed grit and determination to get us over the line.
Well taken penalty seemed to ease the tension surrounding the players.
