1. A guy has a ticket for seat Y40A in the North-West corner. No such seat is numbered that, however, the seat does exist and I tell him the seat is at the end of the row at the top of the steps next to Y40.
2.A steward comes along and throws the chap out of that seat (the chaps rightful seat) sits in his seat and laughs. I tell the steward that he is in the chaps seat but he ignores.
3. Without looking at the guys ticket the steward tells him to sit in a spare seat which turns out to be Speilberg's brothers seat.
4. He then turns up and tells the guy to move. The guy is getting a little wound up now and asks the person in seat Y40 to move.
5. The guy in Y40 is a season ticket holder and is not impressed.
6. The steward fails to sort the problem out and it leads to the chap who has been messed around being seriously wound up and aggressive towards the season ticket holder in Y40 wrongly thinking that he is in his seat leading to the season ticket holder defending himself and pushes the guy away.
7. The season ticket holder (who is a member of the armed forces) is arrested with the chap reporting that he has been assaulted with a punch.
8. Time goes by with both people being taking out to make statements. The season ticket holder gets his season removed from him.
9. However, thankfully we are informed that all charges are dropped on examination of the CCTV.

We had people on the first game of the season asking us to move as they had tickets with our season ticket seat numbers on them. Were all 'lanyard' types and they went and got someone from hospitality to tell us to move.
When they did we of course said they could do one, as these were our season ticket seats. They came back and told the lanyards they had found 'better' seats for them. |  |

I had to call in the ticket office to sort out a ticket for the Hull games as they'd noticed multiple tickets had been allocated fro the same seat.

I sit on the halfway line at the back of the east stand, one row down from the new camera gantry. There is a row of new seats there without numbers and so far just about every game has seen more people than seats are available. Exactly, I bought 3 seats in that new section under the gantry, for the game against the Russians. And one the new seats had been sold twice. Such a joke! | |

Another thing about last Wednesday was the fact only one turnstile was open and the queues for the North-West corner were massive because every single person was getting searched too!
The searching of every person I do not have a problem with. It's the fact the other turnstile was closed until 4 minutes before KO.
Also people were let into the wrong part of the North Stand too. | |

The seat numbered (in this example Y40A) will be one of the new seats installed last season in the gaps at the back row of the East Stand (I have one next to me)
Why did the steward not know this? (despite the frailities at times of our commercial department this one cannot be blamed on them surely?) |  | | |
