Marine A 23:09 - Dec 5 with 9116 views | QPRDave | What the hell are these 3 Judges in the High Court thinking of? To release the name of this Soldier is a complete disgrace and betrayal to him and the other service men dead and alive who have served and are serving right now. To say that other convicted murderers are named so this fella should also be named is ludicrous. This is not a normal murder if that's what they want to call it. The bloke is paid to kill. He was tried by Court Martial, not a civilian court, so how can these judges rule on this? Complete joke and these 3 morons have put this brave man and his family in danger, probably for the rest of their lives.........Maybe these 3 Judges should have their anonymity removed, so we all know who the idiots are. Marine A on 00:09 - Dec 6 with 6397 views | smegma | Jamie Bulgers murderers Jon Venables & Robert Thompson were given anonymity and new IDs paid for by the taxpayer. So was Maxine Carr even though she never actually got done for murder. So whats the difference ?
Marine A on 00:25 - Dec 6 with 6383 views | Brightonhoop | Bulgers killers were children, by default the state turned into a nonce. As it has in this case. Bole and his family name should never have been published. Shame on the scrotes in the Judiciary. Utter, utter shame. Whilst Rigbys case goes on, an innocent Soldier beheaded in London, what were they thinking of? Knuts. Put the Judicuary on the front line and see them change Judgements. Knuts.

Marine A on 14:12 - Dec 6 with 6058 views | Cliff | The man is question is a murderer pure and simple, and as such deserves to be locked up. However surely the judges should have taken the possible threat to his family into account, any punishment should be his alone, now I suspect his family will be living in fear.

Well you say he's a murderer, but I don't think you should be using civil law on a battlefield. Soldiers are paid to do this and have to make decisions. Would you be prosecuting snipers?

Think you'll find that in P C Britain today, these 2 were just misunderstood and trying to make a statement, be it a little heavy handed and that Marine A proves their point. Let off with community service no doubt, and new identities provided so they're not hounded

Really?...Is there some sort of pitch marked out then?.. Apparently these guys can be out on patrol and find body parts of killed comrades hanging in trees and suchlike waiting for them to find. The fear and anxiety faced daily by these fellas has to take its toll. This was not a murder in the same sense as one on the street. By waiting for a helicopter to pick him up could have set them up for an ambush. It's all about decisions and this one was a bad one.........Taking recording equipment onto the battlefield i mean. Wonder what would have happened or been said had he left him there to die...Would that be viewed as murder?

All 3 of them knew he done wrong. Hence why they wanted the helmet cams switched off when this guy was shot. Only one of the soldiers forgot to switch off there cam and caught the whole thing on Cam. Then the murderer said something along the lines of "we've just broken one of the geneva convention rules" - or something along those lines.

Rules?......Rules in battle?...Not law then Rules. But then the Taliban don't adhere to these rules do they, so rules can only be used surely if both sides agree to them. How would it work if QPR played by the rules but Leeds just said nah f*ckit we're gonna pick the ball up and run with it. No point in having rules if one side doesn't agree to follow them

No it isn't. So answer this question ..what about snipers? They can pick off targets (humans) from about a mile away with the said targets not knowing anything about it. A non combat situation ....so is that murder?
