They have sold the potential legal gain from the court case, but have not disclosed the purchaser.........

The issue is therefore satisfactorily resolved for them in that case.. ( while never forgetting the tragic loss of life).
Dr P told us the issue was done and dusted two years ago and Cardiff would never get any compensation. He was very wrong as usual.
UK is a business capital and very strong on insurance. A settlement of as been made which is good. Hopefully Nantes and Cardiff have come to an agreement.
Interest to see their total debt has risen. They owe Tan £68 million and Torman Finance £37 million an increase of £11 million on last year. Total debt now £105 million.
These seem to just about kept inside the EFL 3 year loss limit with a bit of creative accountancy? an "exceptional Gain" of £18 million.
