All players in their early to mid twenties need to improve technical aspects of their game. Abdullai is transitioning very nicely from u21. Cotterill and Congreve will hopefully get 40 games under their belts. Smith and Lissah are first team training.TJoe is still young.
Cabango Cooper and Cullen perhaps stagnated a little last season with the instability at the club.

Would say Key and Tymon need a little improvement on their defensive game and make better choices when deciding to trying to play balls in tight areas deep in our half or whether they have time on the ball.
I know it is how they have been asked to play but the coach has to take responsibility for thei teams errors. William's has adapted the team at times last year but slipped back to having Grimes too deep, new players in to help the other players shake off old habits. | | | |

If Cardiff have changed their style then I may be wrong but if they are still doing the do then we can expect a reliance on set pices, high balls into the area, looking for corners and long throws.
If they have actually changed then Williams will have a scouts report and we need to look at their weaknesses. Even so, when defending set pieces anyone at a post needs to be a solid header, literally! | | | |

Yeah I just saw they’d been tanked twice and assumed they were playing the way they usually do.
Sitting back and countering is a pretty solid tactic against us though.
