The BBC is run by left wingers and ha been for many years. You only have to look at how biased to labour question times has become as well as the Number of BBC employees who spout left wing nonsense. Even BBC verify have confirmed that labour's extra tax would be £500 per year which is £2000 over a four year period Starmer refused to say how he would fund labour's £28 billion spending plans. Just because Rachel Reeves said Sunak lied 12 times does not make it true. I notice she did mention which taxes labour would raise. Although it has promised a large increase in Council tax as well as introducing the ultra low emissions zones in every major city and therefore to increase taxation on motorists. That must make Vaughan Guessing Drakeford mark II. He should resign having lost a vote of confidence in the Senedd which despite labour having half the seats voted against him.

The methodology for the £2000 calculation is fundamentally flawed and Sunak continually lied about its provenance. Channel 4 news did a calculation of Conservative pledges using their own methodology and, hilariously, it resulted in a cost to every family of just over £3000. It’s all bollocks.

Sorry that's just false. The BBC has employed a steady stream of former and current Conservative party members and activists over many years. Particulalry since this current Tory government. I could name them but just look at Nick Robinson (Ex pres of Oxford uni Tories and political editor) and Andrew Neil (GB News, Spectator, Mail and Telegraph). They are just some on screen faces. The list goes on and includes some supression by key figures to the illegality of the Vote Leave campaign who were prosecuted by the Electoral Commission. The Spectator estimate costs of the Tory Manifesto pledges run to £3k per household. Anyway, we need tax raises somewhere I wish we didn't but the country is in such a mess after the last 14 years somebody has to pay for it.

The BBC is far from being run by left wingers, the government appointed prominent Conservative supporter, party worker, previous advisor to GB News Sir Robbie Gibb to its board in 2021 and he’s there until 2028. He’s not the only one.

Now I remember Robbie Gibb was the dodgy bloke who supressed a lot of Vote Leave shenanigans being broadcast - he also prevented a woman (Jess Bremmner?) being appointed to senior role becasue she was a Labour member as 17 year old. Most of the media is totally tied up with right wing politics - hence the call of left wing bias as soon as anyone of that nature is involved at the beeb, its an attempt to keep it all on their terms.

Trouble is if you keep repeating the same thing over and over people will belive it. Boris Johnson and his £350 million for example

Do you know I honestly think that Starmer knew the Bowler letter was about to become public in the debate which is why he didn't reply until the very end. At the time I was really dissapointed that Starmer didn't totally refute Sunak tax claim but all he really did was give him enough rope for him to hang himself and he obliged.

Oh they all lie. Only the blind or terminally stupid cannot see it. Their manifesto's are nonsense, their promies are worthless and their actions always make us worse off. To hell with Labour and tory, we need change.
