People seem a bit mystified by who this bloke is.
For what it is worth as far as I can see he is President of (and presumably a major shareholder in) a privately owned Cincinnati based firm who made a name making commercial greenhouses and whatnot and now are into solar panels among other things. If it helps, one of their subsidiaries publishes a useful guide to cannabis cultivation. That might stand him in good stead if he has money in QPR, but I can't see any other obvious connection.
