If I remember correctly* it was because it looked better and could be seen clearer from afar,there was a version considered that was Dale blue and black but it looked to dark

Yes spot on Chalky. We took advice from the club about visibility so went for the option that includes the mint green, as in one of this season's kits. Of course that colour may well be ditched next season but it's clearly a Dale Exiles flag. It has been sprinkled liberally with Exiles magic dust and kick starts 'Fortress Spotland' from Saturday. | | | |

It's been brought up earlier by Roccy but Frances committed to it on telly. Hope it doesn't turn into an own goal? I wondered after Roccy's post if the front row would be a good 2nd option. Not causing a blockage then and more visible. | |
