People are protesting on the streets because of the systemic racism they face every day. The Minneapolis police have a long history of it.

Though when it comes to economics, I'm a believer in capitalism; otherwise, I'm a liberal, a classical liberal. You'll never hear me call a leftist/Democrat a "Liberal," and it annoys me when others on the right do that. At least in the USA, Leftists stopped being liberal about 40 years ago.
To me, liberals believe in absolute free speech for everyone, whether or not we agree with their views, and are willing to accept the consequences. Contemporary Politically Correct Leftists want to stifle and sometimes even ban anything they disagree with.

Baffling you think leafleting for a political party a few years ago promotes me to the level of spokesperson and policy guru. There are some awful scenes of utter scumbags creating absolute carnage over there. On both sides. It doesn’t detract from the millions of peaceful protestors who feel they have nowhere left to turn. It is perfectly possible to believe that people rioting and looting are a disgrace whilst also believing that there is a systemic race problem in the US fanned by this abhorrent president.
Btw - the ‘little old lady in the wheelchair’ (she’s not old btw - she’s 30, and there’s footage of her walking without her wheelchair as well) had just stabbed the girl who smacks her over the head. The full footage shows her stabbing the girl and she’s pictured with the knife in her hand. I’ve attached a picture below. The story was spread by an several extreme right wing accounts on social media. Tummer retweeted it.

It’s perfectly possible to denounce the violence and looting, denounce the racist behaviour of some of the police and denounce the abhorrent rhetoric of the president at the same time.
