I was working in London today across the road from Stamford bridge, so I popped across to have a look.
I'll be honest the staff have all had a lot of hospitality training. I lost count of the. Number of times I was welcomed and asked if I needed help and told have a nice day.
Made to feel very welcome indeed. I was impressed by their staff.
Doesn't excuse £106 for a shirt though. |  |
