It could however still be SD and another assistant, but until they are charged, and found guilty we won't know. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-35004172 [Post edited 5 Dec 2015 18:57]

Apart from the disgusting death threats, which he has provided a screenshot of, has he really been receiving anything more than what politicians receive, or could expect to? He gives out at least as much as he takes. A lot of what he says is unsubstantiated. Regarding the screenshot, I wonder if it will be found to be a real account or "sock" account. Some of his team/supporters have created these accounts on Twitter. If found out to be a real death threat from a real person, then I hope that the full weight of the law is brought upon this person, as it should be for all instances of threats of violence. The Tory MP who edited an email to make it seam she had been given a death threat, should be prosecuted. However people have the right to call into question their elected representatives, either as a party member and or as a constituent. Being called as an example a "warmonger" is not over the top. Also it is totally right for elected people to face deselection from their party members, IF the party membership feel that they have not done a good job. I believe there SHOULD be re-selection of MPS, as there is with Councillors, when their term is up and they are up for re-election.

2 MPs in trouble on 21:48 - Dec 5 with 3468 views | KenBoon | This social media drama reminds me of a French Footballer who did an interview in his native tongue mistranslated, then a newspaper ran an article on the basis of their mistranslation, and a local MP - without checking the facts - dived in and condemned said Footballer. A footballer who was publicly SHAMED and had to defend himself on Twitter, despite doing nothing wrong.
