I did pose the question the other week, I'd love to know what the hell the full time psychologist does?
We seem to be very week mentally, all these sendings off, conceding late goals, goals before half time and generally not holding leads.
Obviously the guy cant help mistakes made out on the pitch but when your job is to work on a player/teams mental toughness it clearly isn't helping a great deal! |  |

Players being paid £50k+ a week should need a psychologist to tell them that when they play poorly or make a mistake, it inevitably gets punished.
Swans have a tendency to concede goals just before half time, which would suggest that they are unable to learn from previous matches.

He looks poor doesn't he.
Don't get to see many games these days, I must say the Swans are in danger of letting standards slip.
I don't think Gomis is Premier league quality, Bartley and Tiendalli both not good enough for me, Jazz I know isn't playing and probably won't again and I'm not over fussed with Amat although many rate him.
You look at some of the above mentioned players and the mistakes made. We don't have a bottomless pit of money but we really must ensure that money is spent wisely. | |

Thoughts:
King is showing Gomis how to play the lone striker role.
Tiendalli poor in defence but providing an outlet in attack.
Barrow's first touch has been poor.
Siggy is our only hope if we are going to win. The only special player on the pitch. Monk will probably sub him after 70mins, it is his usual ploy.
Our wingers need to attack their fullbacks.
