My dad and I are flying in from sweden friday night to support our fellow hoops. One little problem though, we don't have tickets yet. i saw there was a threat about this already but thought i'd take the chance here by starting a new one, an international one ;)
So, anyone out there who can give me a helping hand? Need two tickets, anywhere... We're not members unfortunately. What you think?
Thanks!

Rumours of bands of Norwegian Rs leaving tomorrow by Viking boats all along the west coast to land in East Anglia on thursday and then march to Wembley from there.
We welcome support from all Viking Rs.
I was on the online booking site this morning and there was still plenty of availability in the 500 blocks (upper tier) and some 200 blocks (mid tier). If I were you I would get in quickly on monday morning when tickets go on to general release and you should be able to pick up something in the upper tiers at least.
Failing that - you may be able to find someone on here with spare tickets. Final resort would be to buy on the day when you will have inflated prices from touts BUT also some Rangers' fans who may be keen to sell at reasonable or face value to fellow Rs.
Bring your Swedish flag! Good luck!

I have just heard that Icon Sports have some Club tickets for sale to overseas fans. They are Euro 190 each, at the QPR end of the ground. As far as I can tell, this is an official outlet as Icon Sports are officially sanctioned by Wembley and the tickets are pretty much face value for club tickets. Expensive, but (if like me) you are flying in for the game at least you can prearrange the ticket. Contact details are Don Flynn, Tel: +353 (0) 51 855477, Email: don@iconsports.ie

ive met many swedish qpr fans and what a fantastic lot they are ive heard about 40 of them will be on the ten thousand march, which leaves at ten am
Agreed. Very good people to have on your side, and a 'fun bunch to socialise with' once they loosen up a bit.
The support up there began when British football first hit Scandinavian TV screens in the early-mid 70s and Rangers were all the rage. It shows how strong impressions and life long football allegiance is struck at an early age.
Most Scandi Rs fans I see are mid-30s / 40s+

hmmmm.. [scratches itchy beard] This Rolfsson says he's from Sweden but could he in fact be from Dusseldorf? See this video from 1:16 - 1:19:
Scandinavian Hoops are in fact all 100% sound as a pound and good as gold I've always found ~ hope y'all have a great craic.
General Morgs, Only 3 days to go. Your soldiers in W.10, W11 and W.12 are getting somewhat restless. We are more than a touch concerned that you are spending too much time on the western front approaches amongst the somewhat backward hicks-from-the-stix Northolt regiments along the 92 bus route. A massive central army group such as Notting Hill with its ancient Ladbroke Grove and Latimer Road skinhead battalions, surely deserves stronger leadership. Yes we have your loyal lieutenant gallant Sir Kenneth Swindells. We can rely on your 4,000 strong viking beserker squadrons and 6,000 granite hard Irish navigators but you know what Kenny's like..could well be nicked before Mid-day outside Tesco's on Portobello. Problems, mein General Morgstwins, that I hope you address in an upcoming thread.
We will follow The Rangers,General morgstwins and Kenny over land and sea, WE WILL FOLLOW THE RANGERS.. ..ONTO VICTORY!

OOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
the Vikings made the difference.
Odin sent Thor's thunder as the game kicked off made the win inevitable and in true Odin and Thor style they made the enemy suffer with a thrust to the heart at the bitter end.
