Hobbies, what are everyones? 02:15 - Apr 23 with 8859 viewsLiberty

Sadly, mine is football.

I say sadly, in that I would love to say that I get great pleasure from fishing, painting, walking dogs even - but I don't. It would certainly reduce intensity of it all, balance it out even.

It's just football, mainly Swans- well 95%.

Wouldn't change it for the world really.

That explains a lot....all that "hand-wringing" can't be good health wise?
I LOVE the Swans, have done since 66, but luckily get enormous pleasure from a range of other activities....music, cycling, tennis, squash, cinema, not to mention family especially my 3yr old twin grandsons and (dare I say it on here) I'm quite partial to some Ospreys & Welsh rugby.

All of that.....and the Swans too

Strangely enough I bumped into the Art Chappy on here yesterday in Gorseinon and we discussed hobbies once the football season finished and like him I've decided to try my hand to canvas painting.I'll never make a Bob Ross but it's something I'm going to try out.

Me too. You can't beat a good sleep, I make sure I do it EVERY night.

Other than that, I enjoy buying shoes. Especially the moment you get a matching pair - It's an incredible feeling.

When I was younger it was all about football, playing and watching. As I matured (slowly!) reading, pets, music and volunteering (a very recent hobby) got a grip of me.
I listen to music to relax, an essential skill when you have trouble sleeping!! Dog walking is how I get my exercise, without my trusty pooch I would have seized up by now. I love historical fiction, Simon Scarrow a current favourite. And volunteering is now a big part of my life. Helping people is very rewarding.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?
