Former Kilburn Times journo Ben Kosky is guest on this week’s Open All R’s podcast, talking about the release of his new book, Are You Rangers in Disguise?

Kosky covered the club through the Gianni Paladini and Flavio Briatore eras and speaks about the challenges of writing about the club you support when it starts heading off in directions that appal you.

The book can be purchased via Amazon and JMD Media.

Flo Lloyd-Hughes hosts with Paul Finney and the gobby git from LoftforWords among the regulars.

I can't agree with him saying the promotion team had few players for whom QPR was "the big chance" when he used just Clint Hill as an example.

Pretty much every player of that squad, other than Adel, were at QPR because it was their big chance to try and get in the Premiership.

The Premier League teams - certainly agree - none of them were there for seeing QPR as a big chance - the wasters like Mbia, Bosingwa, Barton, Cesar etc.

But its a bit of a disservice to the likes of Derry, Orr, Mackie, Faurlin, Gorkks, Connolly etc in my view.
