Wouldn't it be amazing to have a female manager for the men's first team??? She'll guide us to safety!!!!

Poll: Who would you give the captain armband to now, if you could choose?

It was a discussion about having a potential female manager. How is that rage bait or a stupid question?

Just look at the way you wrote it! I’m not answering any more of your stupid questions.

You have a major issue for no reason. Weird. It's my opinion. So deal with it! M'kay??

It is phrased a bit weird, then you did call him a douche.

Anyway, can you name any women near enough the top job at ANY club that would be tempted to apply AND be considered sensibly?

But there is no potential is there? There's nobody near experienced enough. I have no doubt that one day we will see a female football manager in the football league even possibly premier league. But we're probably at least 15-20 years away from that even as a starting point.

If people want serious debate they need to phrase the thread properly and treat others with respect. Neither of which happened here as far as I was concerned.

You're also one of the ones who didn't treat others with respect!! Just stay away from the thread if you couldn't be bothered to have a discussion. Entitled.

That was the whole point of having the discussion. You make some good points.

I tried having a serious, respectful debate, I asked the a question and they down arrowed it and didn't respond.

Makes it look like Union is right.

Wayne Rooney is a bloke - i am told - and was not (yet) very good as a manager.
What generalisations can we read into that ?

Main thing, only thing , is suitability for the job, unless of course its Nathan Jones from Charlton …. Obviously … he is a strange one for me ….. and a blueturd ….

Beware of the Risen People

I'll try asking the question again then, can you name any women near enough the top job at ANY club that would be tempted to apply AND be considered sensibly?

Are there any?

Don’t worry Union bro 😎
I hit this on the head early .

This was thread was never about having a real discussion about it.
I made points earlier in the thread but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears.
As the point is so redundant.

Virtue signalling is about grandstanding and feeling superior.
Not about actually giving a dam.

There are only two women top class women mangers I could think of
But without a trail blazer further down the pyramid that will never happen.
Also why would someone on top of the women’s game risk wrecking their reputation.

The down votes were funny I levelled you and Sul back out mate 😂

Well done you for 'hitting this on the head'. Aren't you guys just so delightful? Especially Union Jack and Rhonddaswans. Y'all love hitting the down and up arrows, too!!! So hypocritical!

They can say no wrong. Meh!. People can't have an opinion or talk freely. It's your way or the highway. I merely asked a question and I believe we'd be guided to safety. There We Are Then.

You said you wanted a debate but then refused to debate. I asked you a question which you down arrowed (hypocritical?) and didn't answer.

So come on then, debate, can you name a female manager good enough who the board could seriously consider?

If you can't then it makes your opinion that we'd be guided to safety wrong because they could put my wife in charge and she hates football, knows nothing about it and doesn't want to, she wouldn't save us.

So have you got any sensible suggestions?

I don'tthink you're very bright, when I click on the 0 it shows me who up or down arrowed me and you did both. Anyone else can click on it and see the truth too.

Clearly this thread was never about debate but about trying to cause nonsense and you are another one who was given enough rope and now you are left hanging...

Do you really think you are cut out for this football forum lark? You seem to be a little precious and accusing people of things that haven’t happened.

If you accuse people of down arriving you maybe shouldn’t be doing just that to posters in other threads for absolutely no reason other than that poster has, in your mind at least, offended you.
