Does it really matter when he started ? He should be judged on what he has achieved so far in his tenure. Whatever he may state that he has achieved since he started, I think it would be pretty unanimous that it has been far from a success. He has another chance to turn it around this summer & it doesn’t appear to be going in the right direction at the moment |

There are few players who can get the crowd on their feet every time they get the ball but Lee Trundle is up there with the very best of all time for us.
Alan Curtis was pdg, Leighton James too, Dan James on the break, Gylfi for his free kicks, Shane Williams & Jonathan Davies in rugby. If only we could uncover another gem to make some more
memories like those |

You are not alone - we need to get squad numbers up & some quality in. I find it depressing to see the same pattern of recruitment recurring with this lot, sell before we buy, last minute.com for bringing players in. We have lost a significant number of goals from last season Lowe, Paterson, Yates & now sold another player who wanted out. Ambitious players are not hanging around there is something radically wrong when our better performers want to leave |

I expect this is mainly down to poor season ticket sales & the fall off in attendances over the last couple of seasons. It could well have been influenced by the number live tv matches available on line too.
A good move by the club to try and tempt back some of the season ticket holders back who have become increasingly reluctant to part with large sums of cash when best players are being sold every season. Hopefully get some new support in with more accessible prices.
Not sure how I’d feel if I was still a season ticket holder |

At his age it appears that he was made a fair offer looking at in from the club’s point of view. Maybe it’s time to part ways, he is clearly not committed to staying.
My concern is that just like last season when we lost 30 goals worth of players without really replacing them (Piroe & Ntcham) the same is happening again. Paterson, Lowe & Yates account for a significant number of goals last season. We have not replaced them yet. It has been stated numerous times that players have been identified but once again it appears that our movement is not exactly quick. We will continue with our year-on-year slide if we are unable to improve on what we had last season. Frustrating doesn’t even scratch the surface of how the club is operating these days |

Clearly has no affinity or loyalty to the club who practically saved his career. This attitude is a concern & tells us something about how the club is perceived by a number of players at the moment. He should start the season below the likes of Cabango, Darling, Lissah in the pecking order. He is really not that good anyway |

In his interview on S4C he came across as a man now under pressure. He said something like ‘future in the hands of others’ or words to that effect which suggests that patience is already thin at the top of FAW.
He should have been sacked after the Iran debacle and after the recent play offs. The FAW coffers were boosted by the 2 bonus play off matches so that money should have gone towards showing him the door. It feels like & sounds like he is waiting for the push so let us hope someone has got the bottle to make it happen |

Remember both of those Hull games. The heavens opened at the Vetch & the match was delayed. Think it may have been last game of the season ?
Was in Hull for the match where there had been a pre-meet up of the fans. All a bit bizarre I think it was in a place called Goole which seems strange now as that is a good 15-20 miles or so from Hull
Boothferry Park was one of the most dilapidated grounds that I can remember at that time.
Never went to Lincoln but it was a bit tasty up there. A couple of lads got prison sentences for the fracas |
