I don't know about anyone else but this whole thing has made me want to leave non-league football as fast as humanly possible.
I'm finding it almost impossible to keep up with when games are, there's competitions we're in that literally nobody care about, we've made that many short term loans and players going back that I can't even keep up with the squad list.
Everything about it feels like Sunday League level and like we're only a couple of steps away from asking to play games at Kingsway School 3G pitch, asking for subs and seeing if anyone's mate fancies signing on. |

Brave question that James.
I do happen to think it's time for that conversation. I full appreciate not many will agree, as I'm sure was the case at other clubs who've moved grounds. Transport links to and from Spotland are poor and that's being kind and the pitch issues, parking issues etc etc. I'm not saying we definitely need to go or anything but I think the conversation needs to be had and options explored. |

Not good for those with expensive train tickets already booked, panicking about how to get back, for them to move the game 2 and a half weeks before the game for a game that is now on at the same time as the England v Ireland game.
Absolutely scandalous for it to be re-arranged for TV this close to the game. As someone who works with Premier League clubs and hotels around fixture changes, the notice for this is ridiculous, the Premier League announce their fixture changes 6 weeks before fixtures to allow for fans to make alternative arrangements. |
