As soon as the chairman decided the dressing room was his place to be it was only going to end one way, you can't undermine the manager like that & expect results, the chairman obviously thinks he can do a better job than Clement. Foolish decision, who'd want to work for a chairman like that. |

Why don't we somehow shoe horn in a bit of QPR bashing for a change?
It just goes to show that there are loads of clubs/chairmen/fans who are as capable of mystifying decisions as us. Modern football is mental, it's not just QPR. |
I wasn't shoe horning in anything.
If anything, I'm saying the same.... the fact that they are many clubs that are badly run and had Clement come to us I doubt this season would have been much different. Just in the same way Ramsey was not wholly to blame for our poor spell under him. |  | | |

That was kind of Warnocks job though to help out and be part of the coaching staff, i imagine Steve Gallen was talking to the players as well and nowadays Oldfield and the other coaches probably have a say at half time. | | | |

Empirical proof that managers don't last very long? Don't get me wrong, as I've said before I consider manager rotation to be essential to the modern game:
