It'll be interesting to see if there's any transfer requests off the back of this... Can imagine at least a few pplayers are lining up the exit come the end of this season, if not before.
Half of the squad are out of contract anyway, just as well given this decision!

Plenty have already ceased going away, as like the players, they know we will lose.
Wouldn't be at all surprised to see plenty of Arsenal, Spurs, Saints, Newcastle fans in the home ends in coming weeks.
There were a few posters on here who said we wouldn't make the play-offs last season when we hit a bad run of form. When we did, some of the posters said we'll go along for the day out but Derby would spank us.
We're poor, but so are Hull, Leicester, Burnley, Sunderland and Villa. Palace and West Brom could still have a dip.
It will probably run to the wire - maybe we'll get our first away wins at Villa and Leicester - and that might be enough to keep us up by the odd point. I'm keeping the rose tinted specs on - for now!
"Thank you for supporting Queens Park Rangers Steep Staircase"... and I thought I'd signed up for a rollercoaster.

That's up to individuals, I've cut down on going away this year but plan to do a few more in the next few months, I don't see why people won't go to home matches, one defeat in 3 months is hardly terrible especially in this league.
I've no idea if Redknapp will keep us up but not sure Sherwood would have been a major upgrade, we had a chance on saturday to put the final nail in for Redknapp and instead a chant of Harry Redknapps blue and white army went around the stadium. Certainly wasn't everyone but was vocal enough to save him imo

Oh well, it was to be expected that TF wouldn't pull the trigger because as he quite rightly says the table is tight. But as tight as the table is in reality I can't see us stringing a couple of wins together to drag ourselves out of it.
One things for sure, there will be some stressful times watching the hoops as usual and hopefully they somehow manage to get us out of this mess because at the end of the day as much as Harry is past it and hasn't a clue how to set us up, it's the players on the pitch who will ultimately keep us up or take us down

Whether he keeps us up or not, he has to go at the end of the season.
The one thing that's been painfully obvious to me is his inability to move with the time. Trying to make players feel loved and appreciated (Adel aside) is about the only skill I have witnessed from him since his arrival. His management style is exactly the same as at was a Bournmouth an Wet Spam and it just doesn't cut it anymore it's not 1985 or 95, it's 2015.

Fine, decision has been made its up to HR and co to impress No other realistic options out there in my opinion Tony and the Board has made their decision (its not just Tony ) if we go down the Football League will jump on us as usual and look for their £50 mill So its high stakes Time for Arry to prove what a good manager he is... well according to the media
BTW Im still really pissed off re the £20k fine for the 2 kick Man City game Each week you see players surrounding referees regarding decisions (offside handball run of the mill decisions ) but clubs don't get fined, and our 2 kick decision is unique yet we do WTF

Don't think ive ever heard anyone sing "Harry redcrapps Blue n White army " not even at Wembley who are these people singing that ?? its almost as toe curling as the chanting of "Tony Fernandes"
And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot
That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles

I can see 'Arry keeping us up simply with a few well timed Charlie Austin goals and other teams somehow managing to be worse. Then he retires end of the season, someone else comes in and inherits that squad but no money because we've spunked it all up the wall, we go down and him and the media spends the rest of his bleeding retirement telling us what a good job he did keeping little old QPR afloat before moving on to those anecdotes about how he should have managed England and the making of Gareth Bale.

all positive songs should be banned and everyone must sneer and say how rubbish the world is for 90 minutes before going home to then moan about how rubbish our support was again.

Whatever view you have, think its important club - fans/board/manager/players/staff are together now.
Ends the speculation, which is a good thing.
Obviously whether you think its the right decision is another matter, but at least its a decision and that's good in my book.
Well said!
I am gutted that we are sticking with Redknapp, for so many reasons, but we just have to take the pain and pull together.
Redknapp owes the fans but especially Tony some massive results now because by rights, he should now be clearing his desk.
