He is equally at home in either central or the right side of defence and has also played in a holding midfield role for the U-18s.
Mitch has gained U-18 caps for England but hasn't yet broken through into the Rams' first team.
He's another youngster who will be looking to gain experience and push on in the Rams' reserves this season.
