Love Peep show , Mark Corrigan is one of the great comedy characters of our time. Johnson is fantastic as well. If you haven't seen it IT Crowd is another great British comedy. The episode where he goes to the toilet and he realises he's pulled the emergency cord in the disabled toilet 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 |

Yea i am not doing too bad all things considering. The surgeon was initially going to replace my skin via skin grafts which would mean more surgery and more time in hospital . He decided to leave my wounds open and hope the skin and tissue and fat that was removed kind of grows back. I'm now in a position where my skin has done exactly that to a point , its a bit of a mess but its "healed" and i can carry on with my life. My legs have taken a big hit as such and walking can be tough and i get fatigued easily. However I'm lucky to have not lost any limbs which is common , i require no further treatment which I'm thankful for. Really shouldn't be here so i have to make the most of it. |

I'm currently recovering from Sepsis and Necrotzing Fasciitis. In April went in for a standard Vasectomy , within a few days swelling was abnormal and felt very unwell , flu like with sweats. Couldn't see or walk or walk when i woke up to go to the toilet. Taken into hospital and then taken into emergency surgery , they had to call in a top surgeon to Morriston hospital , he was the guy who saved Hartsons life. Next thing i know im waking up in intensive care all wired up , family around me unable to move. Turns out i had been in a coma for 10 days , sepsis had run through my body shutting every organ down , they also had to remove my scrotum and surrounding skin as it had all died to the NF. Had to learn to walk again , feed myself again. Even while in ITU they didn't think i would make it due to kidney failure and lung failure. They called my parents down from Scotland to prepare for the worse then i eventually woke up. Surgeon said he doesnt know how I'm alive but i am bit of a miracle. Spent the next few months recovering at home with , walking on a stick atm but I'm back in work part time and managing to get down the Swans 😂. Horrible scars but at least I'm alive and can see my daughter grow up. It's crazy how quickly it comes on and the effects are devastating. Luckily for me they found the bacteria and could match the right intravenous antibiotics. Thats me and the wife both have it and we are both luckily alive , hear so many horrendous stories of those who dont make it. |

Watched it a few days ago , for me he didn’t do it. I really thought he done it but more and more was revealed and I am certain he was innocent. The issue around the apparent murder weapon swun it for me. The owl theory is really intriguing and explains a lot. Watch the West Memphis 3 , another excellent documentary that highlights how corrupt the American judicial system is. Tell you one thing I wouldn’t want to be accused of Murder in America and have no money. |

I know John and I’ve trained in the same academy as him at Chris Rees. He is a Blue belt in BJJ and a black belt in Judo. He had also won fights by submission, to say he is one dimensional fighter is way wide of the mark. He is also been training at SBG Ireland with Mgregors coach and they would have worked on his grappling. He lost to the better grappler tonight , I’ve been lucky enough to grapple with some of the best in the country and had my arse handed to me , and John has trained with the best this country can offer in BJJ. I think atm we only have 3 black belts in Wales if I’m not wrong Chris Rees , Ashley Williams and Rob Taylor while of course in America there are thousands. I think the occasion got to him tonight from what I saw , he’s been waiting for over a year for his debut but is in the best shape of his life. He will be back better I can guarantee it. |

£250 Million easily. If he was sold now it would be for a world record fee. Best out and out striker in the world. If he stays in the Premier League he will beat the PL scoring record. Problem for him will be if he wants to win trophies he will need to move to a Man City , Madrid etc. |

The new series was great , the reason Swansea is mentioned a lot is because I believe it was Pemberton said he got inspiration for the series after family holidays in Penclawdd. |

Skin and Ink have fallen way behind the times , tattooing has moved on and left the tattooist way behind the times . I had a tattoo from Dai many moons back , the guy spent more time going for fag breaks than he did tattooing me. Stay well away. Chris Govier is an exceptionally portrait tattooist he is based on union street. If you are happy to go a bit further afield Will at Nebula in Bury Port Harbour is excellent and a really nice guy. Chris Jones in Cardiff is also excellent. My best advice is research the tattoo you want and seek out the best tattooist for that style , it’s ther for life and you don’t want to regret it. I don’t get those who slate those for getting tattoos , I’d rather spend a few hundred quid on a tattoo than chucking ale down my neck every weekend and slowly killing my liver. It takes years or hard work , graft and talent to become a top tattoo artist and many have waiting lists for months or years for a reason. Each to their own but there are some wonderful looking peices of work out there these days. Gone are the days of love and hate on your knuckles with Indian ink and you will find hundreds if not thousands of people in high ranking jobs with visable ink. |

I think the Blackburn job has Moyes written all over it. |

At Everton he suited the club. I find his football old fashioned and he would always rather play for a draw and than go for a win. I hope we stick with Garry , Huw knew he was inexperienced when he gave him the job so i find it harsh if he didnt give him a chance to improve results. |

Reports of Moyes in the Marriot last night. I would expect it to be nonsense and hope it is. I would really hate this guy to be out manager, really hope we stick with Monk and they are not looking at Moyes in any capacity. |
