GET IN! Great win, a couple of things went in our favour but we've been due some luck. |

Seriki has been v poor, gives the ball away a lot and has put 2 or 3 really poor deliveries in from good positions. Despite how sluggish he looked, this game could maybe do with Quigley,. We need an outlet up top, nothing is sticking with Rodney atm. |

Dale exile living down south, who tuned into today on iFollow. Wow. This is the worst Dale team I've ever seen. Went to watch us away at Sutton and was very unimpressed, but that first half today was mind-boggling stuff. Even in the Steve Eyre era (granted it was L1) we had a couple of players who were at least occasionally capable of moments of quality. A past-it Hendo and Brierley aside, this is truly the most talentless, unintelligent squad I've ever seen at Dale, by a country mile. We are thoroughly dreadful from back to front. |

Made the short trip from N London to watch that. Two poor teams, but once again we proved to be the poorer of the two. We just look so bereft of confidence, there’s no zip about our play, no ideas, no urgency, a lot of poor first touches or indecisive play. Dooley and Broadbent as a midfield two was horrible to watch, Kelly came on and showed a little bit more quality but that’s not saying much. The 5 at the back means our wing backs look isolated. We never have anyone overlapping for crosses, I got so sick of seeing Clark out on the left, all on his own with no support, so he either turns back, tries and fails to beat their RB, or tries to hoof a hopeful looping cross in from way out on the byline. I reckon 75% of his crosses today were blocked. Newby bottled it with that header, Beesley would’ve stuck his head in there. Only positives I can take are that Charman looks to have a bit more about him than Campbell, always looking to be direct and get the shot in. Also thought Cashman also looked decent when he came on. No idea where the next win is coming from but we really really need one. |

This is shocking. It's only 1-0 but we just can't get into their half. So little quality. |

We look nervous and panicky when they press us. On a separate note tho, I thought from iPlayer that foul on Campbell looked like a pen and last man. Did anyone else see a different angle? |

That's a shame. I thought we played really well, we definitely didn't look a side from a division below. Kelly our best player when we get him on the ball, and Odoh also had a great game. It's clear to see we are short on quality up front, Bees works hard but he missed a good chance at 1-1 when he skewed wide instead of getting it on target on squaring to Odoh, and he should be burying that header at the end, although it's a great save. Also thought Dooley very ineffective when they brought him on. Poor officials today, if the ref books the right player early in the second half for that foul on Bees (he booked the player Bees fell into as opposed to the player who tripped him), that's a second yellow with 35 mins to go. Not to mention the offside and the ball not being in the quadrant for the corner. A shame, as we played well enough to win it, but if we can provide more performances with that kind of energy we'll have a good rest of season. |

Get in! Thought we thoroughly deserved that, we absolutely outplayed them, and thankfully the chances came in the end. Up the Dale! |

We've had two free kicks in really good shooting positions, and we've farted around with both of them. SHOOT! |

I really like BBM, he seems like a genuine, honest bloke, but I'm done after that performance. Something has to change and sadly I fear it is time. As others have mentioned we really don't have a bad squad, compared to last time we went down when Akpa Apkro was voted our player of the season, and JK and Tutte were our only other decent players. Remember Ronald Bergkamp? We had some absolute dross that year. Despite having no left-back to speak of, I think our squad is actually decent, but to me they look confused as to what their jobs are, and completely bereft of confidence. We don't have a grasp of the basics, and football is a very very simple game. |

This is a horrible watch. We can't deal with Aneke (or big strikers in general), and we can't deal with teams who press us - that's all you have to do against us to dominate. We had a whole half of this in the second half against Charlton, we knew this is how they'd play. It seems so tactically naive to me that we haven't done anything about Aneke, and we just keep giving the ball away as we are doing. |

We've snatched a few very late draws recently, so although that was a sickening end to the game, we've had some good fortune of late, and when I saw that starting lineup I absolutely would've taken a point from this one. Thought we played well in patches, but we missed the strength of Humphrys in the last 5 mins, as someone who could've held it up in the opposition half, and maybe taken it into the corner. |

You'd be fuming if you were a Wigan fan, they should've had that game done and dusted. Thought Rathbone had a cracking second half, he dragged us through that, McLaughlin also made a big difference. Honourable mentions also to Beesley and Keohane, both had poor first halves but improved second halves. Thought Dooley was actually alright when he came on as well, I've seen him play worse. It doesn't feel like it, but we are scoring goals at the moment, loads of goals! Hopefully having McNulty suspended may force BBM's hand into switching it up at the back though, because conceding 14 in 4 is ridiculous. |

Wigan have finally figured how lightweight our back 4 is, and are whipping plenty of crosses in, they look dangerous. |

Wigan fans on twitter all adamant that it was a red - I'm not so sure, but like others have said, he gave the ref a decision to make when he didn't have to. Look on the bright side, 3 match suspension means he won't be anywhere near the first team for a while. Done at LB is unbearable to watch, Beesley certainly ain't a winger. Would like to see Newby 2nd half. |

Ridiculous game, aged me by at least 5 years. Some cracking finishing from both teams, alongside some catastrophically, apocalyptically bad defending. After that second half, I'm pretty pleased with a point, they were all over us until they went down to ten. No idea why we didn't bring McShane on. Baah had a great game, I actually thought it was probably the right decision to sub him at that point, but absolutely not for Dooley. Sadly didn't think Beesley offered much that game. Humps showed his quality throughout, very trustworthy number 9, strong, quick, and such a clean striker of the ball. |
