I would guess most of the staff are on the minimum pay grade and that is going up in April as is NI. Throw in the financial difficulties many families with young children are facing and it's just not sustainable any more. |

Loan out players like Wilson and you will seriously weaken the u21s. But will it benifit the first team long term? What we are currently doing certainly isn't working as there is little progression. |

"How do you know they can't measure 10 yards." Because many times I've seen the ref take 6 steps then 2 small ones. There was a discussion about it on here not so long ago. |

It will be interesting to see if Welsh Labour change the rules regarding the first minister. Currently the party with the most members chooses the first minister. There is every possibility after the next Senedd elections there will be a coalition running Wales which may not contain the party with the most members. As seen with the recent budget it could be chaos. |

They can't even measure 10yds for a fee kick, what makes you think they can judge 8 seconds. |

Possibly, but they will hold the keys to power in the Senedd after the next elections. To think otherwise is pure folly and burying your head in the sand. The leaders of the major parties accept it and are trying to change. |

I have seen him play for the u21s as a central defender, full back, central midfield, wide midfield and even up front. I was at one game and discussed Abdulai during halftime with someone very knowledgeable of the development set up. They described him as a bit of an enigma. Good in defence but not physically strong enough. Decent in central midfield but again not strong enough, sloppy passing and gave away the ball too easily. Wide he was better as he had pace and could shoot but again sloppy with his passing which was hit or miss. This was before he got a couple of chances in the first team squad. Looking at how he played then it is difficult to disagree with the appraisal I was given. There is no way he could have been trusted in central midfield. He moved to Orient and his second game played well against a very weak Exeter defence ravaged with injuries. The first 3 games for Orient he played left midfield, the 4th he played up front against Mansfield the next game against Lincoln he played advanced midfield and has been on the bench since. (Thanks again to my mate who gave me the Orient appraisal, as well as the u21 one). There is a good player in there somewhere, whether he can adapt to first team football is another question. I hope so as we have a decent sell on. There are many sticks to hammer Williams with and yes he deserves it but Abdulai is not one. [Post edited 2 Mar 14:58]

Personally I can't see Sheehan being comfortable doing a fans forum and currently it would be difficult to do one without him. |

Would a female coach be a positive, negative or make no difference when trying to get a player to sign. |

So what happened to supporter inclusion and engagement that Coleman was so keen to promote when the ownership changed. |

I feel before a female got the head coach job we would need to see female progression in junior coaching roles at clubs. We would also need to see results further down the pyramid. This will not happen any time soon but possibly over time. |
