In reality Nick, the game changed effectively to Palace when they made their substitutions. They showed more aggression, will to win and a desire to get something from a team that lacks confidence. We stood off them, appeared scared to "get stuck in" in a majority of cases and looked like startled rabbits. all that aside, Mr Benteke appeared slightly offside for the knock back header for the equaliser, albeit that we stood as a team and watched the outcome.
A real shake up of attitude and some new faces, it they are prepared to come to us, is desperately needed.

You have to go back to when Mr Hoddle was at the helm. He could change tactics in the middle of a half of a game if things were failing, not wait to half time
We need a bit more imagination from players
