I really find this a lazy response. I don't think anyone wants a return to long all football or Michael Duff. But the style now is slow, labourius, possession for possession sake. Laudrup, Rodgers even Potter were front foot football with wingers, pace, RISK and enjoyment. Passing around the back trying to bore teams into submission is something entirely different |

This would be us if ever promoted. Hopefully with this AND Man City result it will go some way to ending this style of football that is stinking out the game |

Exactly this. LW is wonderfully principled and probably a nice bloke but, it's not front foot football, it's not exciting, I'm bored and we make the same mistakes again and again AND it's not the 'Swansea way' |

The first thought is to play backwards. I get the possession thing but we appear so obsessed by it that it's the be all and end all. If you were a neutral you wouldn't know which way we were kicking sometimes. There are very few actual matches that are really any different from us. It's just sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If we won three on the trot I feel it wouldn't be turning a corner more just a case of sometimes it works for a while. |

Ronald had a cracking game? Also Grimes after their 3rd goal stood with his hands on his hips saying absolutely nothing. No leadership and a team who have no ability to win a challenge and pass aimlessly under the umbrella of the 'swansea way' no it's not. Swansea way was fast attacking football with triangles and wingers beating their man. It's just painting by numbers |

I've got a season ticket and I find it boring. I'm not advocating a return to the crazy gang but a winger beating his man or taking a few risks or getting a cross in would be great. Most games are pretty much the same but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Don't get me started on short goal kicks |

Exactly this. I think LW thinks he's clever but everyone else is doing it and it bores the hell out of me. For the last 2 seasons I've been doing out of duty and now starting to think there's more to life on Saturdays than trudging down there whilst not particularly looking forward to it |
