Got their to renew today, and their was an envelope with my name on with a replacement £25 voucher in (i lost my season ticket for the first time ever), not only that, but they found me an old book from last season, and reprinted the first page from my details, so I don't have a gap in 20+ years of season tickets The customer service received from Colin and the office was first rate, and thought i'd add to the recent positive reviews we've seen on here about our admin side of the club. Lets just hope next season, the customer service from the players is as good as the admin [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]
