Toyed with this idea last season. Shall we have a thread to discuss, comment on, cover the rest of the league? A place to discuss other teams’ results, performances, financial implosions, etc?

For example, last night, anyone catch either of the first two games? I didn’t. But somewhat surprised/worried Blackburn scored 4 given how they are meant to struggle. Was it Derby being utter sh*te?

Sounds like Preston are continuing in the same vein of being incredibly dull.

Clive, what do you think? Worth making a sticky? Might reduce the number of threads to manage.

Pompey started ok but Dozzell been very influential in slowing them down to a virtual standstill against Luton’s 10 men.

First was fortunate for Bristol. Defender totally missed his clearance which feel to the scorer.

Sinclair took his header well.

Smells like a trout farm in here

Good header, and I think I'm right in saying it's the first time he's ever headed a ball? Remarkable.
In all seriousness, well done to him.

Bare bones.

Yeah a header that certainly wasn't much in evidence for us. I am still convinced / nervous he is going to catch fire and then it is all about the sell on as compensation, I guess.

His ridiculously overblown celebration certainly doesn't seem amusing now - in fact maybe he was still celebrating his goal at Leicester last season.

My immediate reaction was to see when we play them. Fortunately not until the Saturday before Xmas. Would be an amazing run if they still haven’t scored by then. And of course a very generous Xmas gift from the Rs to end it.

Cardiff keeper error for the first Burnley goal. Very amusing.

Touted as play off dark horses by a few, Sheff Wed, currently having a shocker.

Lovely to see and more importantly I hope we don’t give them another 6 points this year!

They could do with a familiar Gareth to steady the ship. But which familiar Gareth? Southgate, Ainsworth, or Noonan?

Can't believe Armstrong learnt how to head a ball.

I think I'm double booked with Millwall TBH, before Neil Harris' triumphant return in February.

Leeds not falling apart (yet), but we might have Derek v Danny to look forward to. Locals not happy with a lot of back and across.

Hard to tell if Leeds have been any good or Wednesday are woeful. If they beat Plymouth 4-0 then Plymouth must be abysmal which means….

A bit cheeky coming from a QPR fan, but I’m surprised there are so many empty seats. Maybe if Wednesday had sat more of their coaches in the stands.

Welsh Wales Derby and Willock Watch … currently 1-0 to the Swans who have dominated but can’t find the second. Willock taken off on 72, largely ineffective.

1-1 now Callum Robinson equalises. Impressed by young Colwill for Cardiff, built like a rugby player.
