The OP actually does not make any sense. It is not the way that business works.
We live in a world where no one trust anyone to do their job anymore. It is a world where conspiracy theorists flourish in the absence of education and order.
Martin broke his contract and Swansea were due compensation .
If Martin had any love for the club and its fans (as he claims) he should have instructed his new employers to come to a swift settlement. SFC took in over £100m in transfer fees over the summer and took Manning as well.

That isn’t the issue though. I’m not saying any more on here and breaching confidences.
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.
Are they still haggling over whether Southampton are a premier league team or championship team?
There seems to be another matter involved.
Is Martin suing Swansea for constructive dismissal perhaps?
There were two curious things I have not seen before.
a) Martin admitted he lost his enthusiasm for the job (on full pay) after the January window.
b) Martin asked for a striker and got last seasons hotshot back (MW) who has been on a rich seam of form again this year and declined to play him. Martin told people he did not want him back.

c) what did Kaplan say to him in March 2023 hours before the Millwall away game? [and it was a lousy performance that evening].

Martin stated that after January he lost some drive and enthusiasm but got it back after a period of self assessment and e reflection. It could be that he "sulked"?
I would imagine Kaplan gave him verbal tonic and told him to earn his crust and pull his finger out and get Swansea up the league, It worked by the way.
Martin fell out with THREE 'fit' strikers. Obafemi, Whittaker and Paterson. All fit none playing.
