None at all. But if he gets your owners in the room he'll probably talk himself into the job.

He'll then sign lots and lots and lots of sub-standard boys he's completely coincidentally worked with before.

It'll probably go badly. If not, at the merest hint of it going well, he'll be lunching in The Dorchester with the owners of any club with a vacancy going he thinks will benefit himself.
