Let's get Kargbo and Armstrong in up front and start winning games by knockouts, technical decisions and submissions.

Balogun lives! on 13:51 - Mar 28 by DWQPR | Why am I thinking that Balogun is back after six months just in time for the run in to put himself somewhere for a new contract as his current one only lasts to the end of the season? |
Probably, but we're in a rut, and he does seem to improve our defence. Let's get him back, use him, then kick him to the curb

He did improve the defence. He’s ours for the time being. I think he is the most important of the cavalry. Let’s reserve judgment.

Are that many teams going to want a 34 year old who has just missed half a season?
Balogun lives! on 18:18 - Mar 28 with 2067 views | bosh67 | I went to a few matches in the first part of the season and apart from Willock being on fire for a while I actually thought Balogun was the best player on the pitch by some distance. Marshalled the backline really well, hugely comfortable on the ball and at 34 a lot quicker than those around him bringing the ball out and his distribution was excellent. Assuming that he has had yet another bad injury (there have been many elsewhere) and that he is now actually fit I'm quite relieved at the thought he's hopefully back, if nothing else to shore up the back line. So the legend of Matthew Rose lives on... I reckon we'll still be ruing the third consecutive 1 year extension we hand out in 2026, until the turn of April each and every..

Yup. He’ll come back and be a significant improvement, because how could you not be a significant improvement on our current centre back performance? And then the Twitter polls begin - “would you give Balogun another year?” With an 80/20 split in favour of yes. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Starting them young now too with the outside the box stuff, our U18 midfielder Alfie Tuck scored this beauty for Wales U17 at the weekend Edit - I think 14 is Dillon Da Silva, was on loan at Torquay for a lot of the season [Post edited 28 Mar 2023 20:24]

Doubt he would want to come to us and more so we cant afford him so expect to see him terrorise our full backs next season provided we stay up It was on news now so could be Ethan Hawke

Hamzad Kargbo Was on loan at Southend last season and in all honesty didn’t leave a lasting impression

Balogun lives! on 15:49 - Mar 28 by bosh67 | I really like Kargbo. What an absolute monster of a number 9 he could be. Surely an Ainsworth size target man down the line. Took his goal well, runs the channels and seems to pop up in good positions that some better balls into the area would have found him in. Surely at 21 he should be another thought as a weapon on the subs bench? |
Has he and Akinfenwa ever been photographed together?

Balogun lives! on 21:56 - Mar 28 by KernowQPR | I now live in Mousehole and I don’t think they would add anything to a team that has lost one league match all season and that was in August! The levels of fitness and commitment from the Mousehole players put the current QPR players to shame and as someone who went to their first Rangers match in 1967 I’m really sorry to have to say that. |
Mousehole eh ? Lovely place, I used to pop into the Ship for a few pints of Skinners when I stayed with a mate who lived in Badger's Cross.

Have little respect for the fella but we are in the position where we have to make pacts with the devil and if he is a bit more sure footed than Laurel and Hardy tribute act we have playing there at the moment then happy days
