Steve Kaplan the main Swansea decision maker on 20:57 - Mar 16 by KeithHaynes
I agree 😤 but doesn’t have a significant place in the decision making process ? He has the last word. Every time.

I said "official" place in the decision making process.
I choose my words carefully. Always have.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Is he going to have the guts to be there tomorrow!? This could be interesting indeed. If he is there, some supporters are aiming to be vocal towards him.

Still in the City!

Yet they have given Martin and Winter, who actually are in charge of Swansea City the club and squad, an easy ride. Will these gobsh***s be the same as those who were vocal to Jenkins when he was running our finances into the ground and putting no money in? Oh! Hang on. We were in the PL then and they could go to watch Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal etc.
Rumour has it he took over Cyril the Swan duties for the Robins game.
I cannot run down the US guys. They are investing for the first time in 20 years. The club is where the population and crowds would expect it to be and they have a plan. It will take time. I would give Marin some coaching help and beef up the recruitment team.
The club should concentrate on getting elite 16-18 year old and mentor them into the first team by good coaching practices.
The coaching lower down has always been second to none, ever since Roberto, the youngsters are taught to be brave on the ball, pass and move, many have progressed into the first team and long may it continue.
